Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns:

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

New Firearm Returns:

Once a firearm is transferred to you from a local FFL dealer the firearm is considered used, even if it has not been fired. As a result, we cannot accept returns on firearms after they have been transferred. Please be sure to inspect your purchase carefully and thoroughly when picking it up at an FFL dealer before completing the transfer.

If you discover a defect after the transfer, you must return the firearm directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Manufacturer-repaired firearms can be returned directly to a customer without additional FFL transfer fees.

Used Firearm Returns:

Used firearms are sold as-is and returns will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to inquire about or initiate a used firearm return.

Accessory and Ammunition Returns:

All ammunition and ammunition component sales are final and non-refundable.
Returns will only be accepted for merchandise found defective upon receipt. Returns must be made within 10 calendar days of receipt. If an item is returned and found to not be defective, original shipping and return shipping charges are assumed by the customer. These items may also be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact the store to initiate or inquire about a specific return.

Any accessories that have been installed or mounted cannot be accepted. Most of these items have a manufacturer warranty and can be dealt with accordingly after installation.

Optics sales must be returned through the manufacturer is a defect is not identified immediately upon receipt

Return Process:

To return an item, please email customer service at valleyoutdoor3337@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and return slip, original receipt, then mail your return to the following address:
